Level Trust charity invites Laughology’s Stephanie Davies to share her story

Laughology

Stephanie Davies, CEO and Head of Happiness, recently headlined The Level Trust conference in Luton, marking a decade of the organisation's inspiring work in supporting children from deprived backgrounds. Stephanie’s journey rang true with many audience members, including headteachers, school support teams, SENCO teams and teachers.

From being suspended and excluded at school to becoming a successful entrepreneur, Stephanie's story of resilience and hope perfectly aligned with Level Trust's mission to ensure every child in Luton loves learning no matter what struggles and background they have.

During her 90-minute talk, Stephanie inspired and captivated the audience with her personal narrative of overcoming adversity. She stressed the importance of resilience in schools and the need to see past children's challenging behaviours, often a cry for help. Her insights on building resilience in young learners through primary school workshops and supportive strategies resonated with educators and support teams.

Stephanie's involvement in the conference was not just a celebration of Level Trust's achievements but also a powerful call to action for helping children learn and grow despite their challenges. Her story and message highlighted the potential in every child, making her a perfect fit for an event dedicated to the achievements of children and families aided by Level Trust over the past decade.
